In a business in which too many firms claim to do everything, we are proud to say that we do only a few things, but do them exceedingly well.

Founded by William Lise, who comes from an engineering background, Lise & Partners, Inc. has broad and intensive experience in providing japanese patent translation for a wide spectrum of clients. Our activities currently focus on patent-related translation for prosecution and litigation, and translation consistently accounts for the majority of our business.

Our specialization in translation involving Japanese enables us to provide a level of quality rarely achieved by translation companies purporting to translate from any language into any language.

Our specialization in the field of intellectual property means that we speak not only the language of your documents, but your language as well.

Company History

1979New-Tech, Ltd. established. Initial clients were major manufacturers of electrical measuring instruments.
1983Shift in emphasis to Japanese patent translation.
1985Entered the field of deposition interpreting, chiefly for patent litigation involving Japanese entities.
1988 -Translation work almost entirely focused on patent translation.
2009
(Jan. 21)		Firm reorganized as stock company and company name changed to Lise & Partners, Inc.
