If you think you don't deal with such people, you might want to think again, because a considerable number of translation brokers  in the US (perhaps even the one to which you sent a Japanese document today to be translated) outsource to other translation brokers in such venues and then do what could best be described as "translator venue laundering" when they resell the products from these far-off lands as their own. It is definitely not in our business interests to aid bottom-feeding translation brokers in those venues or the US translation brokers who outsource to these questionable (and unrevealed) venues in Asia.
